Welcome to ASBAGHT. This online store is operated by Shangyun Technology Co., Ltd. ("we", "us" or "our"). These Terms of Service apply to your use of this website and purchases from our store. Please read them before placing an order.

Website use

You agree to use the website and our services lawfully and reasonably. You must not interfere with the website's operation or security, submit fraudulent information, or use its content in a way that infringes another person's rights. You must be legally able to enter into a purchase agreement and provide accurate contact and delivery details.

Products and orders

Product descriptions, availability, prices and shipping charges may be updated. Please review the selected item, color, size and final order total before payment. The currency is shown with the price and at checkout. Changes to published prices do not automatically change an order you have already placed.

Letter-size labels can differ between styles. Use the measurements for the specific product. Some styling images are AI-assisted illustrations. Screen settings and lighting may affect the appearance of colors. Styling accessories are not included unless stated in the product listing. These explanations do not remove your rights if goods are faulty, incorrect or materially different from their description.

An automated order acknowledgement confirms receipt of your order; it does not confirm dispatch. If an item is unavailable or an error affects your order, we will notify you and explain the available options. We will not substitute an item or increase the amount charged without your agreement. If an order cannot be fulfilled or is cancelled, any payment for the unfulfilled items will be refunded as required by applicable law.

Shipping and returns

Standard shipping is free on all orders to destinations supported at checkout, with no minimum order value. Estimated standard delivery is 7–15 business days after dispatch, excluding weekends and public holidays. Order processing time is separate and is not included in this transit estimate. Any expressly agreed order-specific delivery arrangement applies. See our Shipping Policy for delivery, tracking and delay arrangements.

Eligible change-of-mind returns may be requested within 30 days after delivery. Customers normally pay direct return postage for change-of-mind returns; we cover necessary return costs for faulty, incorrect or misdescribed goods where required. See our Returns & Refunds Policy for eligibility, instructions and refunds. Our business address is not automatically a return destination. These policies do not limit mandatory consumer rights.

Consumer rights

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits mandatory consumer rights, remedies or liability protections under applicable law, including those that apply in your country of residence. Any applicable right to cancel or withdraw from an online purchase remains available. Where applicable EU distance-selling rules apply, eligible purchases generally have a 14-day withdrawal period after delivery, subject to the legal exceptions. No store policy removes remedies for faulty, incorrect or misdescribed goods.

Updates to these terms

We may update these terms by publishing a revised version on this page. Updates apply prospectively and do not remove rights you have already acquired under an existing order.
